Proactive Measures to avoid Illegal Construction

An Android Application has developed to avoid Illegal Construction on Agricultural Lands and dried Water bodies based on the Sentiment Analysis and Polarity Analysis of data recovered from Twitter and Facebook.

The focus is to improve transparency between Government and Citizens and deliver the government rules, regulations and plans to citizens by using the growth of technology effectively as E-Governance. Especially a proactive measure to avoid illegal construction of buildings on the dried water bodies, river bank areas and agricultural lands as plots and apartments due to urbanization. To avoid approval for layout of buildings on these type of lands. To avoid new electricity (EB) connection, water supply connection and loans for those Lands. We can avoid the waste of money on the demolition of buildings constructed by violating the rules on these types of land. Brokers can be avoided by this method. We can also avoid corruption. This system will be very helpful on the time of rainfall season, to avoid flood and also save water by using these dried water bodies which will indirectly reduce the water scarcity problem for drinking and also helpful to farmers for agriculture. As all of us know that “Agriculture is the Backbone of India”. So, we can reduce the price of all the food materials. We can also export to other countries which will be used to improve the economic growth of our country. So, if we use the agricultural lands for agriculture and dried water bodies for saving rain water will improve the growth of the country and leads to people without malnutrition, health issues and all the communicable diseases spreading through the rain water on the time of flood will be reduced.

So, we can also avoid damages caused to people and their belongings by the buildings constructed without proper plan approval at the time of Earthquake. The ground water will be protected from the pollution and also the waters on the dried water bodies can be used by the farmers for the agriculture on the summer season. Investment of black money on the lands can also be avoided.

There is a login option for Public users which can be easily created by them which can be used to submit their request regarding the Land Registration, Issue Patta, Transfer Patta, Layout Approval, New Power Supply Connection and Water Supply Connection. After Submitting the Request they will get their request copy with unique number and QR Code as a PDF file. That request copy will contain the Details like Reporting Officer and Address of Office and documents to be carried. With that copy they have to visit the concerned office to verify and complete their request with all the documents as mentioned on the File on any working days. For Land Registration, the request copy includes the details like Minimum Guidance Value, Data Management Charges (Rs.100), Registration Charges (4% of Minimum Guidance Value), Total amount to be paid by the applicant and Cost for the Stamp Papers (7% of Minimum Guidance Value) they have to use. So, it contains all the details essential for the Land Registration. Public users can download all their documents at any time with the unique no mentioned on their documents. Public users can know the list of approved layouts on their city. Public users can also get EC for any land at any time by providing the details like Survey Number with Subdivision Number, City/Village/Town, District and Pincode of the Land.

There will be a login for all the officials like Sub-Registrars of Registration Department, Taluk Officers of Revenue Department, Planning Officers of CMDA and DTCP, Assistant Engineers of TANGEDCO and Assistant Engineers of TWAD. Through this they can complete the registration of land, issuing and transferring patta, approving layouts, verifying land owner details to provide loans, providing power supply connection and water supply connection after verifying all the details mentioned on the request is true. After completing the each request, they will get PDF file with unique no and QR Code.

There will be login for Managers of bank to verify the details about land before sanctioning the loan. Bank Managers can download the documents to be verified at any time with the unique no mentioned on the documents. Bank Managers can also get EC for any land at any time to verify the ownership and history of the land.
